I learned execution where the margin for error is zero: flying F/A-18 Hornets off aircraft carriers, on combat sorties over Iraq in Operation Southern Watch, and as a graduate of the Navy Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN) Adversary course — then teaching that standard to the next generation as an instructor pilot.
Then I took the same discipline to Wall Street. As Managing Director of Strategy at a multi-billion-dollar trading firm, I helped run one of the fastest operations in finance — and founded its media arm, building a $25M company in under a year. I’ve been a founder and CEO ever since, including a financial-education company I’ve run since 2009, and I’ve written three books on leadership, markets, and resilience along the way.
In 2021 I took on the mission that outranks them all: I founded the No Fallen Heroes Foundation, a 501(c)(3) with a single objective — ending veteran suicide. It’s the same doctrine I bring to every stage: pick the mission that matters most, commit fully, and execute.
