This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use whizbuckley.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. It applies whether you are in the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or anywhere else.
This website is operated by Strike Fighter Financial LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Florida limited liability company. For the purposes of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation, we are the data controller of the personal information described in this policy.
This policy covers whizbuckley.com and the forms, downloads, and email programs we run from it. It does not cover separate organizations referenced on this site, including the No Fallen Heroes Foundation, Sacred Warrior Fellowship, or TOPGUN Options, each of which handles data under its own policies.
We do not ask for and do not want special category or sensitive personal information — health information, religious beliefs, biometric data, precise geolocation, government identifiers, or similar. Please do not include such information in free-text form fields. If you send it to us anyway, we will treat it confidentially and delete it when it is no longer needed.
We use personal information to:
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
If you are in the EEA or the UK, we rely on the following legal bases under Article 6 GDPR:
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Responding to your inquiry | Steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract; legitimate interests in answering people who contact us |
| Delivering a booked engagement | Performance of a contract |
| Marketing emails | Your consent, withdrawable at any time |
| Analytics and non-essential cookies | Your consent |
| Site security and fraud prevention | Legitimate interests in keeping the site safe and available |
| Accounting, tax, and record-keeping | Compliance with a legal obligation |
| Establishing or defending legal claims | Legitimate interests in protecting our legal position |
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered whether those interests are overridden by your rights, and you may object at any time using the contact details in section 13.
Cookies are small files placed on your device. We use two categories:
We do not run advertising or retargeting cookies on this site.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
Global Privacy Control. Where required by applicable state law, we treat a Global Privacy Control or other recognized universal opt-out signal sent by your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our instructions, and only as needed to run the business. Each is bound by contract to protect it.
| Provider | What it does |
|---|---|
| HighLevel, Inc. (GoHighLevel) | Website hosting, forms, CRM, contracts, scheduling |
| ActiveCampaign, LLC | Email list management and sending |
| Google LLC | Google Analytics 4; Google Workspace email and file storage |
| Stripe, Inc. | Payment processing |
We may also disclose information to our professional advisers, to a buyer or successor in the event of a sale or reorganization of the business, and to law enforcement, regulators, or courts where we are legally required to do so or where it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell personal information, and we have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding twelve months.
We are based in the United States, and our service providers are primarily located in the United States. If you are in the EEA or the UK, your personal information will be transferred outside your country.
Where we make such transfers, we rely on one or more of the following safeguards: the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the receiving organization is certified under it; the UK Extension to that framework; or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguard by emailing us.
We use TLS encryption in transit, access controls, multi-factor authentication on business accounts, and reputable vendors with their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it, including under the Florida Information Protection Act and, where applicable, Articles 33 and 34 GDPR.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the footer of any message, or by emailing us. You can ask us to correct or delete information we hold about you.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: confirm whether we process your personal information and access it; obtain a portable copy; correct inaccuracies; request deletion; opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so the opt-out rights have no practical effect here, but you may still exercise them.
To make a request, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity by asking you to confirm information we already hold. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authorization. We respond within 45 days and may extend once where permitted. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the subject line "Privacy Appeal"; we will answer the appeal within 45 days and, if we deny it, tell you how to complain to your state attorney general.
You have the right to access your personal information; to have inaccurate information corrected; to have information erased; to restrict processing; to data portability; to object to processing based on legitimate interests; and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Email [email protected] to exercise any of these. We respond within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority, or with the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
We send marketing email only to people who asked for it. Every message identifies us, includes a physical mailing address, and carries a working unsubscribe link, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. We honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
If you give us a mobile number and opt in to text messages, message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP or get help by replying HELP. We do not send marketing texts to Florida numbers without the prior express written consent required by the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act.
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
This site links to other websites and platforms, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, podcast platforms, news outlets, government sites, and organizations we are involved with. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them your information.
We update this policy when our practices, our tools, or the law change. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be signposted on this page, and where the law requires it we will notify you directly or ask for fresh consent.
