These terms govern your use of whizbuckley.com. Section 12 requires most disputes to be resolved by individual arbitration and waives your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Please read it.
This website is operated by Strike Fighter Financial LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Florida limited liability company. By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use this site or submit information through it.
This site presents information about keynote speaking, executive advisory services, books, media appearances, and the mission work of Matthew "Whiz" Buckley. It is an informational and business-development site. Nothing on it constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting an inquiry does not create a booking or engagement.
Content on this site is general in nature and provided for information only. It is not a substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances, and no professional relationship is formed by reading it.
References to markets, trading, financial history, or published work on financial topics are commentary and biography. They are not investment advice, not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, and not an offer to provide advisory services regulated under securities law. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not indicate future results. Consult a licensed financial professional before making any financial decision.
This site describes personal experience, foundation work, advocacy, and published scholarship relating to veteran mental health and emerging treatments. This material is presented for informational and advocacy purposes only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation, and not an endorsement, referral, or offer of any therapy, substance, protocol, or provider. Some substances discussed are controlled under United States federal law and the laws of other countries. Nothing here encourages any unlawful act. Do not start, stop, or change any treatment based on anything you read here. Speak with a qualified licensed medical or mental health professional about your own situation.
Nothing on this site is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using it.
Keynotes, workshops, advisory engagements including The Execution Debrief, and any other paid services are governed exclusively by a signed written agreement between us and the client. Descriptions, fees, formats, deliverables, and timelines shown on this site are indicative and subject to change until a signed agreement is in place. Where a signed engagement agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
No result, outcome, revenue figure, or performance improvement is promised or guaranteed. Any outcomes described are illustrative of past work and are not a prediction of what your organization will experience.
All content on this site — text, copy, frameworks, methodologies, photographs, video, audio, graphics, layout, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our names, logos, and marks, including but not limited to Whiz Buckley Group, PACED, Corporate Battle Rhythm, and The Execution Debrief, are our trademarks or service marks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
Third-party names, logos, and marks appearing on this site, including those of past clients and media outlets, belong to their respective owners and are used to identify those organizations. Their appearance does not imply their endorsement of us or of these Terms.
You may view, download, and print site content for your own personal, non-commercial reference, provided you do not remove any copyright or proprietary notice.
You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit through this site, and you confirm you have the right to share it. Do not submit confidential information through a web form. Information sent through a public contact form is not treated as confidential and does not create any duty of confidentiality on our part. Confidentiality obligations for advisory clients arise under a signed non-disclosure agreement, not through this site.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.
This site links to third-party websites, platforms, publications, and government resources. Those links are provided for convenience and reference. We do not control those destinations, do not endorse everything on them, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or practices. Your use of any linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory rights that cannot be waived. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of sections 9 and 10 may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strike Fighter Financial LLC, its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right. This does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our own negligence or willful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to email [email protected] describing the dispute and the relief you want, and to give us 30 days to resolve it.
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or this site will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, before a single arbitrator, seated in Palm Beach County, Florida. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version, and changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force and the unenforceable provision will be limited only to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any signed engagement agreement, are the entire agreement between us regarding this site. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
